Improve with us.[\/gt3_custom_text][gt3_spacing height=”42px”][vc_column_text]Advanced Level Section of Sri Lankan School Muscat facilitates students who seek entrance opportunities for tertiary education in the near future. Time spent in the Advanced Level Section is vital as it is the pre-university education stage.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][gt3_spacing height=”25px”][vc_column_text]Sri Lankan School Muscat offers subjects in Advanced Level for Bio Science, Management Science and Double Maths Streams. We encourage students to follow four subjects throughout, but students have the opportunity to do only three subjects in the second year of Advance Level (A2 Level) as it the requirement for universities. Subjects available in Sri Lankan School Muscat are Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, Mathematics and Further Mathematics.<\/p>\n

In selection of subjects, Students in Bio Science and Management Science Streams have the opportunity to select either Chemistry or Economics, Biology or Business Studies, Physics or Accounting and Mathematics. Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Further Mathematics subjects are compulsory for Double Maths Stream students in Sri Lankan School Muscat.<\/p>\n

In the subjects Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics and Further Mathematics students should complete six modules to obtain the Advanced Level qualification. Four modules should be completed in Business Studies and Economics and two modules in Accounting; 50% of the qualification is completed in AS level.<\/p>\n

Enthusiastic academic staff in the Advanced Level section always travel the extra mile to assist and guide students to reach an extra step further in their achievements. Well-equipped Chemistry, Physics and Biology laboratories have been engaging students more fascinatingly in practical sessions. Excellent results in the recent past reflect the hard work of students and the commitment of the staff of Advanced Level Section<\/p>\n
